The Bully's Trap - eBook
If you're reading this, you may have been bullied at work. I certainly was. I was abused, targeted and attacked. It resulted in post-traumatic stress-like symptoms and many other debilitating problems.
Through my loved ones I was able to persevere. But others aren't as fortunate.
Every day millions of people spend their waking hours terrorized because of the psychological, verbal, sexual and cyber aggression at work.
I wrote The Bully's Trap so others would have a place to turn if they suffered from harassment at work.
THE BOOK - LEARN TO STOP WORKPLACE HARASSMENT
Over the course of five years, and after hundreds of interviews, the Bully's Trap is a roadmap to help others suffering from workplace bullying.
Abused, bystanders and loved ones – you can learn from hundreds of real people just like yourself and what they did to combat their bullies.
If you're an executive, an employee, in HR a bystander or even a family member, you will benefit from the stories and helpful advice in The Bully's Trap.
All proceed from the book will be donated to charities. I run a not-for-profit called the Faas Foundation that invests in causes related to health care, medical research and education, including organizations like Mental Health America, Casey House and Doctors Without Borders.
