I'm a management advisor who focuses on how organizations can develop psychologically safe workplaces for workers. I was formerly a senior executive with Loblaw Companies Limited and Shoppers Drug Mart, and now head the Faas Foundation which focuses funding for health care, education and medical research causes. I currently run the Faas Foundation which invests in causes related to health care, medical research and education. To help people overcome workplace harassment and bullying, I've partnered with Mental Health America, and CAMH to develop their Well@Work Program.
